We will generally deliver orders placed before 5pm, during normal business hours on the next working day, within the UK. If you are located in the Scottish Highlands and Islands or the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. You should allow 3-5 days for large items (e.g. furniture & machines) and 10 days for products shown on the site as "supplied to special order". It is not usually possible for us to arrange delivery on a weekend or bank holiday.

Delivery is free on all orders with a value of £30.00 or more excluding VAT, any orders under this amount will be subject to a £5.00 carriage charge (certain items such as furniture and electrical equipment are not covered by the delivery policy and may incur additional charges.)

Where normal delivery is likely to be delayed by more than five days we will e-mail or call you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery of furniture items and floor safes are to ground floor only. With regard to safes, arrangements can be made for some safes to be installed on a different floor but this needs to be clarified with customer services before you purchase.

If something doesn't quite meet your needs, we offer a 7-day returns policy.  We'll collect the item for free and give you a credit (providing it's in re-saleable condition). This means that the product is in the original packaging and unopened. After you contact us about a return, we'll arrange for a collection.  Within three working days we'll have your order back in our warehouse and a credit note/refund will be issued within 14 working days. 

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct, if you receive an item which is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

All we ask is that your item is in its original, unopened, packaging without any markings or scribbles. Goods which are returned that do not match the returns requested or are unfit for resale, will not be credited. Also we request that furniture be checked carefully for any damages before they are signed for and accepted with our drivers. Reported furniture damage will not be processed unless we are notified at the point of delivery.

If you're short of an item in your order, please let us know within three days of delivery and we'll take care of things for you.

If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back but they may be subject to a handling fee. Due to health and safety reasons we're unable to take back any perishable or seasonal products such as food or drink items, coffee and water, clothing, safety clothing, footwear, safety footwear, socks, diaries etc...
